YOGA with Botanical Bloomhill

Botanical Bloomhill is a Wellness Service located in Aljezur, Portugal.

Founder, Toni Bloomhill provides yoga classes, strength training, as well as wood burning Finnish style sauna experiences.

Being a mother herself, Toni’s love & passion lies in helping Mothers to discover their bodies & wellness again in the beautiful but crazy whirlwind that is Postpartum.

Regular classes are held every week at the Studio, as well as sauna sessions, cold plunges, herbal tea and a Friday class that is specially dedicated to mom and baby.

Toni also provides a full time babysitter service for those mamas that need to bring their kids along for a workout.
